Where can I purchase the

I don't know where you live but I have had to replace two of these now and I go to Servicetek in Mississauga, Ontario 905-602-5191. I understand that this grill has been discontinued which is no surprise to me because the probe in particular is garbage. We originally paid about $135.00 Cdn. for this item and I have had to replace the probe twice at $35.00 plus tax per time. Once this one goes, I will replace it with a better quality item. Hope this helps.

Won't heat up

Thermostat control.
The only heat-producing piece on this model is the probe itself.

I'd say give the manufacturer (Cuisinart) a call. If you're under warranty, they can probably replace the probe for free. If you're out of warranty, you can purchas a probe (so either way, you're covered :))

Their phone number (according to their website, www.cuisinart.com ) is 1 800 726 0190

Good luck! :)

My Cuisinart bread machine has stopped baking the bread, it goes through the 3 hour cycle but at the end the dough is risen but not baked. What is wrong and how can I fix it?

If your Cuisinart bread machine is not baking the bread properly, there could be a few potential causes for the issue. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to identify and resolve the problem: 1. Check the Bread Pan: Ensure that the bread pan is properly inserted into the machine and securely locked in place. Make sure it is centered and seated correctly. 2. Check the Kneading Paddle: Verify that the kneading paddle is properly installed in the bread pan. It should be securely attached to the spindle at the bottom of the bread pan. 3. Use Fresh Ingredients: Ensure that you are using fresh and high-quality ingredients, including flour, yeast, and other additives. Old or expired ingredients can affect the bread's rising and baking process. 4. Verify Yeast Activation: Make sure that the yeast you are using is active and not expired. Test the yeast by dissolving it in warm water with a small amount of sugar. If it doesn't become foamy and bubbly within a few minutes, the yeast may be inactive, and you should replace it. 5. Check the Program Settings: Confirm that you have selected the correct program for the type of bread you are making. Different programs have different settings for kneading, rising, and baking. Make sure you are using the appropriate program for your recipe. 6. Monitor the Dough: Throughout the kneading and rising process, observe the dough to ensure it is properly formed and rising. If the dough seems too dry or too wet, adjust the recipe accordingly by adding small amounts of flour or water. 7. Inspect the Heating Element: If the bread machine completes the cycle but the bread is not baked, there may be an issue with the heating element. Inspect the heating element for any signs of damage or malfunction. If it appears faulty, it may need to be replaced. In such cases, contacting Cuisinart customer support or a qualified technician for further assistance is recommended. By following these steps, you should be able to identify and resolve common issues that may prevent your Cuisinart bread machine from properly baking the bread.

Steamer does not work on my cuisinart steamer/convection oven

If the steamer function is not working on your Cuisinart steamer/convection oven, you can try the following troubleshooting steps: 1. Check Power and Settings: Ensure that the steamer/convection oven is properly connected to a power source and turned on. Make sure you have selected the correct steaming function and set the desired time and temperature. 2. Water Level: Check the water level in the steaming reservoir or water tank. Some steamers require a minimum amount of water to generate steam. Ensure that the water level meets the manufacturer's recommended guidelines. 3. Water Reservoir Placement: Confirm that the water reservoir is correctly placed in the steamer/convection oven. It should be securely seated in its designated position. 4. Steam Vent: Ensure that the steam vent or release valve is not blocked or obstructed. Any blockage in the steam vent can prevent steam from being released properly. Clean any debris or buildup that may be affecting the vent. 5. Steam Function Timing: Some steamers require preheating before steam is generated. Consult the user manual to determine if the steamer/convection oven requires preheating and for how long. Allow sufficient time for the steamer to reach the appropriate temperature. 6. Clean the Steamer: If the steamer has not been used for an extended period, it may have accumulated mineral deposits or limescale. Clean the steamer according to the manufacturer's instructions to remove any buildup that could be affecting its performance. 7. Contact Cuisinart Support: If none of the above steps resolve the issue, it's recommended to reach out to Cuisinart customer support for further assistance. They can provide specific troubleshooting steps for your model or advise on potential hardware issues that may require repair or replacement. When contacting customer support, provide them with the model number, a detailed description of the issue, and any troubleshooting steps you have already attempted. This information will help them assist you more effectively. or you can refer to the videos below.

My Cuisinart CPK17 kettle is not working, light is on but not heating up. The base works.

The solution could be more complicated than you want. The following is one persons solution. AnonymousOct 11, 2021 I've just fixed my ck17 which had similar symtoms. There are 2 electrolytic capacitors in the controller board, which I replaced. It's very close to the bottom of the kettle where the elements is,and they are only rated at 105degrees, .one of them had evidence of leaking, so I replaced.them both, with higher voltage ones ,also rated at 105degrees. 1000uf 6.3v replaced with 1000uf 16v 47uf 25v replaced with 47uf 50v

The mixing paddle of my Cuisinart CBK-200 disconnects during the cycle and stops working on kneading the dough. Is there a fix for this issue?

Hi, Please check whether this issue persists with lower viscosity dough. It could be the pressure and/or thickness of the dough that's causing the disconnection. Or it your device is over a certain age you might need to replace the mixing paddle or replace the part that holds it still within the bread maker. You can call Cuisinart to ask if there has been a recall due to this as well. Their phone number is 1-800-726-0190 Thank you.
