Remove the 4 head screws and the head assembly. With the head upside down make sure the head valve works freely by pushing it down with your thumbs then releasing. If working correctly there should also be a small bit of air that comes out of the hole in the head casting when you are pushing and releasing the valve. You can feel the air by holding the head near your cheek while working the valve. Also make sure that the big round seal on top of the cylinder is not broken or has any imperfections.
What causes air to spew continously out of exhaust
DO NOT USE!!! You will destroy the tool. This symptom indicate that gasket is blown, you need to change gasket and new o-ring. It is simple job, you can do it yourself or send to repair centre.
This can be more serious problem like cracked casing or piston but these are rare, most "popular" is gasket.
If you require detailed instuctions, please feel free to follow this lead.
Paslode framer when you depress trigger there no
Paslode framer has a lever inside of trigger that may be bent or missing. Easy to check. Remove air line and nails. Remove trigger by pulling pin. Check under trigger for missing parts. Test gun by connecting to air and place nose of gun against wood or hard rubber and then depress firing pin. If gun fires then problem is with lever under trigger or safety mechanism which is in two parts. Check safety for bent or broken piece, usually upper part will be missing lip that actually pushes on the lever. If however gun does not fire when firing pin is depressed, time for replacing orings in gun. Parts are available at
www.toolpartsdirect.com . Good luck with your repair and post again if you have other questions.
Paslode PowerMaster Plus F350S drive pin won't
Most common cause for driver not returning is a worn or missing blade seal which is a washer with a slot found under lower bumper. Remove head and cylinder. Check that driver is not bent and slides snuggly thru slot in washer. If washer seems ok then check for missing check seal oring found at lower end of cylinder. Clean the holes under check seal. Finally check oring at driver piston. Oring should just hold piston in place without sliding down cylinder. The driver should not be too tight nor too loose. Re-assemble using silicone paste on all orings (small tube of silicone available at Lowes plumbing department, used to lube faucet orings). Good luck and post again if you have other questions.
CAN'T LOAD STAPLER

25 gallon up right speedway series aircompressor leaks air out at pressure switch
This is usually indicative of a broken tank check valve. It's a valve on the pressure line from the pump to the tank. It let's air into the tank then closes so the pressure switch can bleed the air out of the pressure line and head through a plastic or copper line so the motor can restart when the pressure drops. Rarely you can remove the valve and clean the seat and valve but more often than not it has to be replaced.
I need a head valve seat for central pneumatic 21 degree angle framing nailer model 60828 also need headvalve seat for 34 degree angle finish nailer 68020
I have not been able to purchase replacement parts for these nail guns , however, have repaired them using parts from Bostitch framers and or just make the part. If the seal fits over the top of the cylinder, then try using seal from Bostitch framer part #N70155 fits a bit tight but works. Heat with a hair dryer to soften and install. If the seat is incorporated within the head valve, just dig it out and replace it with liquid two part urethane. Just mix and pour it in. After cleaning out the old seal, place head valve on level surface and pour in the mixed urethane till slightly over full to give the seal a nice crown. The finish nailer might also be repaired using other brand of seals. Remove the old part and take it to service center for a possible match. Good luck with your repair.
