Clarke Power Products Clarke 130EN Mig 110 Volt - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
It willnot weld
if it is just not feeding wire, check the tension on feed wheel. Make sure it turns when trigger is pressed. Also make sure you have gas with solid wire. If you have cored wire gas is not needed.

Drive motor for hobart 125
Your Hobart has a Drive Motor Protection. The Drive motor protection circuit protects drive motor from overload. If drive motor becomes inoperative, release gun trigger and wait until protection circuit resets allowing drive motor to feed wire again. Or you can reset it manually by pressing the reset button located on the back welder. If these actions does not work then here's the part number for your motor:HOB 239696.Check our website for pricing you need to call since this is an old welder and pricing needs to be search at Hobart Co.

Tear it down JUST far enough to gain access to the switch, check for and correct :corrosion, rust, oil or grease buildup,and/or damaged contact(s) at that station. That doesn't work, replace the switching unit.

I have a Clarke Mig
Hi:
If you are in the USA, check
WWW.Praxair.com for your nearest welding store they will help you, Praxair has more than 1000 retail stores in the USA.
If you can make the motor to work just by by-passing the switch then your problem relies on the gun switch, that's an easy fix.
Just an advice; stop buying clarks, it is pretty defficult to obtain speare parts. Lincoln, Miller, Hobart or any other american machine are easier to find parts and are pretty good welders.

What mig welder would you I buy to restore a old
I always tell my customers that the best machine for a body shop is a millermatic 212 if you have 220V available if not, go to a Millermatic 211 this is one is a dual voltage unit 110V/220V. if you can afford it buy a spool gun SG100 for all aluminum parts, the machine will cost you 999.00 and the spool gun 215.00. Best investment ever for your shop.

Copper end of wand and
Melt?? well looks like you had a burnback problem. There are contact tips, nozzles and gun liner available. Go to your nearest welding shop and ask for them. Around 35 bucks for all three (if you need the gas mixer known also as tip holder add 10 buck more).
To avoid burnbacks, reduce your voltage or increase your wire speed.

Where do i get clark mig welder parts 130 en
These guys claim to have parts. I too am looking.
My Guess is that the welder itself is probably a generic one that gets many brands applied to it. Often is the case with tools these days.

Clark 130en does not feed well. Feeds great on 10
try checking the tension on the feed roller, you may have too much tension which in return will not allow the wire to feed right, check to make sure your feed roller is for the size of wire you are using, next check the tip size for the wire your using.

I have a clarke 130en mig with gas and it will not weld
The most common problem is that people still try and run the welder with extension cords. 10 ft,25ft,50ft,100ft, these cords all drain and can't supply the energy needed as if you were to plug it straight into a wall outlet. well I don't have a plug outlet where my work is, I need a extention cord. The only solution for not having a handy outlet is a Generator. that will supply the necessary voltage needed to do the job. EXTENSION CORDS ARE A NO NO. also, always double check your ground.
Hope this was helpful, please post a rating good or bad, thank you.
