14 in. saw with leeson motor
To start with what size circut are you trying to run the saw on? What ever the amperage is on the saw will draw almost 3 Xs the amperage rating of the saw on start up. If the circut is a 20 amp the breaker should hold long enough to start the saw. Also the saw should be the only thing running on the circut at the time. A 1-1/2 hp motor is a good size one aproximately 15.2 amps If you circut breaker is twenty amps and you still pop the breaker you may want to convert the motor to run on 220 volts as that will drop the load to approx. 7.6 amps Youcan run the saw on a 20 amp. 220 volt circut with no problem unless there is a problem with the motor. If the outlet is the only outlet on the circut it is an easy change to convert the circut.
My target wet saw, on top of the motor has a part
We are currently experiencing a problem with the target TA10100 wet saw. It will start up and immediately shutdown. The local authorized tool repair said that the part encased on the top of the Baldor motor is called a capacitor. we have yet to find out if this is the cause of the problem. Hope the information helps you because so far it hasn't helped us.

The saw wants to start
If you have access to an ammeter, check the draw when the saw starts. I don't know what the rating of the saw is but I doubt it's more than 30A. If the startup draw is more than 30A the saw may have a short in the starting circuit. If it's less than 30A the breaker may be bad; change the breaker and retry.

Need Parts breakdown for this model on a Target
fyi, target tile saws and felker tile saws are made by the same company, and you can find both of them on line. your best bet is to take your saw to a tile distributor that sells saws and they will get what you need , good luck

Wobble blade /rough cuts
You may wanna check the Conveyor Cart Wheel. Replacing this wheel maintains smooth rolling action which contributes to straight, chip-free cuts.
It costs for only about $28.72. Here, you may check this link if you wish to buy the Conveyor Cart Wheels:

Unfortunately, I couldn't find any service center where you can bring your Target Tile saw for repair. But you may check the manufacturer's contact number on the user's manual.
Have a great day!
