Hi, my robinair ac375 wonot charge gas, gauge up

mhkamran.jpg Please check Charging solenoid (S3) in Solenoid manifold block, it may need to change solenoid coil or Rebuild. If charging solenoid is OK, then problem can be SCALE or MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD. See if the machine display show default charging weight 90 kg/lbs when you active CHARGE mode. If not then calibrate scale. But if default charging weight is shown then replace MAIN CIRCUIT BOARD. See attached picture to find solenoids. I wish this will help you to solve the problem. If so please vote for it for further assistance. Best of luck!

Robinair 34788, Will not fill (IVS) tank from

Please check ''TANK FILL'' hose quick connector & ''LIQUID'' hose on ISV Tank & make sure both valves is opening properly.it sound like(one of those) close! If valves is Ok then check tank fill solenoid, it may need to rebuild or replace. If those are OK, replace ''TANK FILL'' Hose.
I hope this will help you to solve the problem, if so please vote for it. Gool luck!

I have a Robinair 34134Z It will not recover freon

Please check the following: 1# Check the recovered amount of refrigerant since the last filter change(Max.filter cap.150 LBS/68 KG).If more then this you must change spin-on filter & vacuum pump oil.2# Check with vacuum gauge on compressor test(During compressor running) port & make sure it has 13"HG of suction,If suction less then 13''HG then you have to replace the compressor.3# Check all tank hose (Vaipor,Air purge & Liquid) is connected on the ISV tank quick seal.(Do not over tight).Hope this will solve your problem.

34700z only charges about .5 lbs to 1.0lbs, asks to start engine to help draw freon in. still won't charge any more. where should i start

The machine requires a min amout of 6lbs to even charge. but if you are showing any amout charging it is not the machine its self. you are looking at may be bad hoses or couplers. it is common in the winter months to have charge issues if the unit is not above 70 degrees F. dont forget there are cars/trucks out there that no matter how hard you try you can not complete a charge on the high side and you must switch over to a low side charge
