You Have to replace the PCB Relay Board

You may did not try in the right way! The access code (5454) is 100% right for 347002K/347112K and 34700Z new series machines. If keypad has oil injection button (old series machine) press 8787 on keypad.
However you can try as following: To access the change Defaults menu press 5454 (If keypad has oil injection button old series machine press 8787) on the keypad then press ENTER/START arrow key. Now display will change to "Calibrate Scale". Press up or down key to select option you wish to access from: Set Tank Tare, Output Test, Input Test, Keypad Test. Prepare to Ship. Reset Board Memory etc...

NOTE: DO NOT CHANGE 'SET TANK TARE' OR PRESS 'PREAPARE TO SHIP' & RESET BOARD MEMORY' IF YOU ARE NOT FAMILIAR WITH THIS MACHIN!

It sounds like you have a bad high pressure sensor/switch... have you been able to verify what the high pressure is??? The machine has a high pressure gauge... what is that saying??? If the gauge verifies the high pressure then you have a plug or at least a restriction, probably a plugged filter. Follow the small line from the compressor to the filter and change that out. the high pressure sensor will also be on that line before the filter.
