It's sound like problem from the relay board not from scale. Replace new relay board with old scale assy. Thanks

Please see attach picture of manifold assy. to find "Tank fill solenoid" (S11) with blue marked.

You have to clean oil injector solenoid or replace the new one. To find oil injector solenoid (S3) in the manifold assy. see the attached picture marked with green arrow. Hope this will solve your problem.

It's seems to be problem with your unit relay board,vacuum pump or pressure transducer.Most of Robinair 34788 machine having same problem.You can try the following 1# Open vacuum pump oil filling cap to release extra pressure from pump.2# Replace new relay board & follow the on screen message(do not skip any option).3# Check pressure transducer is working properly.I hope this will help you.
