To find a specific bearing that has gone bad in a treadmill you can use a long handled screwdriver and touch it to a non-moving portion of the rollers and then put your ear up to the handle and the screwdriver will amplify the noise of the part so you can find out which part is making the noise. If it is a bearing, it will be obvious which part is the problem because the grinding noise of the bad bearing with be amplified by the screwdriver.

Please do the following:

FOLDING Firmly grasp the back end of the treadmill. Carefully lift the end of the treadmill deck to the upright position until the foot lock latch engages and securely locks the deck into position. Make sure the deck is securely latched before letting go. To unfold, firmly grasp the back end of the treadmill. Gently press down on the foot lock latch with your foot until the lock latch disengages. Carefully lower the deck to the ground. NOTE: on some models the foot lock latch might be on the right hand side. NOTE: when folding the Horizon Fitness Treadmill the console assembly will tilt away from you, but will return when fully folded in the upright position. Please allow two additional feet from wall when folding.

hi, Pull the walking deck to upward 90 degree and push it towards to the contol panel .

Your safety key is the magnet switch with the cord attached to it on the front of your computer. If the computer says the key is off then try repositioning the safety key magnet. If it still doesnt work you may have a loose wire behind the key section.

check the motor, may be its bearing have some problem. if u can see the motor then put some oil on its bearing. take care open treadmill only after removing the power.

I was looking to see how the console gets its power, but it is not shown. Some use a small wall plug in transformer, so use a board transformer of the mains supply to the whole treadmill. You would need to trace with a multimeter.
