My Precor 9.41 si treadmill won't let me click the switch to the "on" position. When I go to push it to the "on" position, it resist and spring back to "off".

is the safety key inserted as there may be a connection to not allow the unit to operate unless the key is in position

Grandchild lost my safety switch for Precor treadmill , manufacturer no longer carries this model. Any work around available?

Hi Emily, The safety switch... If that's the plastic part with the steel plate inside it that attaches to the console and when you remove it the treadmill won't operate then try cutting the top off a can and using that until you find the safety switch...Good Luck.....CHEERS..
