What's your problem?I have a life fitness 9100 hr I have a problem how do I clear the message waxer tank empty?
see this step and fix it. God bless you
Unplug the treadmill. Locate the console key and place the
safety or reset key into the treadmill console. Replace any parts that
need replacing, or move on to the next step.
2
Locate the reset switch on the underside of the treadmill
console. Usually the button is large enough to trigger with a pencil
eraser or Q-tip. Plug the treadmill plug back into the wall. Use the
Q-tip to press the reset button. It may be necessary to hold the reset
button down for a few seconds. "CL11" will appear in the display of the
treadmill.
3
Press the reset button one more time with the Q-tip. "CL21"
should appear on the screen. Press the enter key. The display will
change again and show "CL22." Keep pressing the enter key until the
numbers cycle through to the number "CL26." Press enter one more time.
The letter E should appear on the display screen.
4
Press enter twice more. The letters "SS" should appear on
the screen. When this happens, press the start/stop key. Making sure to
keep well away from the tread, press enter to start the treadmill. The
treadmill will start on its own. The treadmill will stop on its own
after a few seconds. When it stops, press the power key two times.
Remove the safety key and put in a safe place. Your treadmill is reset.

I have a Life Fitness 9100, and the display is
If the console takes
batteries, replace them. If this does not work or your console does not require
batteries, check the reed switch or optic sensor. Reed Switch:
Unplug the treadmill and remove the motor hood cover. The reed switch is mounted
on the frame next to the front roller pulley. There is a magnet glued into the
front roller pulley. When adjusting the reed switch, make sure it is pointing
directly at the magnet. Move the tip of the reed switch within 1/8" of the
magnet. Also, check to see that the wire is not damaged, and is connected to
the console.
Optic Sensor: Unplug the treadmill and remove the motor hood
cover. The optic disk and sensor are located either at the end of the motor or
the right hand side of the front roller. The optic disk spins between two
sensors on the optic switch. The disk must spin freely without touching either
sensor. The sensors can be moved by loosening the adjustment bolt holding the
switch to its bracket. The switch can then be slid. Center the disk. Adjust and clean very softly.

Client run on treadmill then
hi,
There are two possibilities for this problem
1. Check the speed sensor on near the motor pulley. Remove the sensor and clean it and re-fix it. then make a try. if problem remains then
2. The motor speed controller is faulty. There is an IGBT for controlling the motor speed. If it get shorted the motor will run it its high speed.
Be sure before opening the treadmill remove the power.
ok

My lifefitness treadmill gives a static shocks...
hi you have a wire touching the body of the treadmill somewhere, but an easy fix is to go to any car parts shop and buy an antistatic strip. just attach that to the body of the treadmill making sure it is touching the ground, this will def fix your problem. i had the same with mine i spent ages looking for the wire etc but just waisted alot of time. the strip has worked very well.and cheap to buy under £5.00.
