HI, Check the following video to know how to align the treadmill belt which is going to one side. All trad mills have the same procedure to align the belt. Ajin

Now you will have a powerful result for determine what is wrong! And see how the main motor board has aprox90% of functions of any treadmills. Good luck, sincerely. G-d bless you. ERNESTO CUADRAMANAGUA,NICARAGUA C.A.
I do not know how strong experience do you have in electronic. But the problem is very simple. You must inverted the wires plug in the yoke of the picture tube.and Ready.Of course I am supporting the fact that everything is right in the electronics(inputs). As you know any Set of TV, has 4 input signal to the CRT, 1)Audio 2)Video 3)Vertical Osc 4)HV or horizon the 2+3+4 signal is coming to the Yoke to TV CRT.Please Do with very carefully and patience for to avoid electrical shock.sincerely.E.CUADRAMANAGUA,NICARAGUA.
Check this and adjust it:If the console takesbatteries, replace them. If this does not work or your console does not requirebatteries, check the reed switch or optic sensor. Reed Switch:Unplug the treadmill and remove the motor hood cover. The reed switch is mountedon the frame next to the front roller pulley. There is a magnet glued into thefront roller pulley. When adjusting the reed switch, make sure it is pointingdirectly at the magnet. Move the tip of the reed switch within 1/8" of themagnet. Also, check to see that the wire is not damaged, and is connected tothe console. Optic Sensor: Unplug the treadmill and remove the motor hood cover. The optic diskand sensor are located either at the end of the motor or the right hand side ofthe front roller. The optic disk spins between two sensors on the optic switch. The disk must spin freely without touching either sensor. The sensors can bemoved by loosening the adjustment bolt holding the switch to its bracket. Theswitch can then be slid. Center the disk. Good luck. sincerelyE.CUADRA
If the calibration does not pass you may need to check the speed sensoralignment.1) Remove the motor cover hood by loosening the 4 screws that hold it inplace (you do not need toremove them completely).2) The speed sensor is located on the left side of the frame, right nextto the front roller pulley (thepulley will have a belt around it that also goes to the motor). Thespeed sensor is small and blackwith a wire connected to it.3) Make sure the sensor is as close as possible to the pulley withouttouching it. You will see a magneton the face of the pulley; make sure the sensor is aligned with themagnet. There is a screw thatholds the sensor in place that needs to be loosened to adjust thesensor. Re-tighten the screw whenfinished.

Power trips...is it a GFI that is tripping? If so, verify that the machine is plugged in to a grounded outlet and cord. If the gfi outlet has tripped a bunch of times, you can try replacing it. They were not designed to have that many cycles of tripping and can get out of spec. If that doesn't work, unplug the unit, remove the lower cover and examine and reposition wires, particularly as they cross sharp metal edges. The wiring in this area is a bit hap hazard. And if all else fails, find a non-gfi circuit to plug into...making sure it is still grounded to keep you safe.If the treadmill is tripping a circuit breaker, you need to measure the treadmill current draw to see if it is in spec...or are you plugged into a circuit that already has a significant load on it and your treadmill overloads the circuit. In this case, find a different circuit to use. If the treadmill amperage is too high...and the tread and belt tension are properly adjusted (not too tight), then the problem is likely the motor, which you can amp out separately to verify the need for replacement.
In some cases trying reset 4-5 times helps. If its not turning on at all, then its problem with control panel board. The control panel needs to be taken out ans inspected. If its got short or if its getting power.----------
Unplug the treadmill then remove the upper console. And then inspect the board for short and loose connections.--------This will help.Thanks.Helpmech.
hi,
There is no gear on the teradmils. Motor is directly couppled to a fly wheel which is a part of the frond roller. FIrst of all oppen the treadmill motor cover and check the belt between the motor and fly wheel . If that belt is loose then this can happened. You will hear a wistling sound when there is load on the treadmill waking belt. If the belt inside is ok the you have to check the waking belt tension. The folloeing video will help you to Tighten the teradmill waking belt.
OK
It sounds like you either have a loose walk belt or a slipping front drive pully. The walk belt shoould be tightened so that you can pull up on the edge of the belt about 2 inches. If that is OK, pull the motor cover, start the treadmill and walk trying to stop the belt with you feet. Watch the drive belt this time (the small one going from the drive motor to the front drive roller), if this belt stops, you need to tighten motor, or replace if it is older/wornout. If the drive belt keeps turning fine, watch the front roller and see if the pully connected to the drive belt keeps turning while the roller connected to the walk belt stops, if so you need a new front drive roller.
If your treadmill have gotten a fair amount of use, the belt is probably stretched and needs to be replaced. You can order a new one through Treadmill Parts
HI there! Treadmills dont actually have any mechanical parts that store any type of oil. There are packs of bearing in the system that use a grease pack but grease has such i high viscosity that it wont flow from the unit. Oil in fluid form is actually only used to lubricate the belt on the treadmill. Are you the second owner? If so maybe the previous owner had over oiled the belt causing it to leak on your floor. I hope that this helps shed some light on your question. Post any other questions you may have if you need more help.
hi. first. do not over tighten the belt. it will put strain on the bearings and may stretch the belt. tighten as recommended. treadmills need periodic lubricating between the belt and the metal baseplate under it where you walk. without lubrication, there is too much friction and the belt will not move freely. get a can of belt lubricant available for treadmills. most stores that sell treadmills should be able to supply this, or tell you where you can get it. use the lubricant as described on the tin. this should cure the problem, unless the belt itself has stretched in which case the belt may need replacing.
a more serious issue is the removal of the ground pin. this should NOT have been done. treadmills have a nylon belt, on a metal frame and without proper grounding could result in large amounts of static electricity being generated. this can be a hazard for yourself, and could damage the electronic control systems. if the machine is properly serviced and lubricated, static electricity should be kept to a minimum, but this type of machine should ALWAYS be earthed for safety.
the ground pin should be replaced as soon as possible for your continued safety.
if you would like instructions on changing the plug on the power cord, please ask, but unless you are confident in changing these plugs i would recommend that you leave this to a competent electrician
Check the rear endcaps for damage. If they are OK, find the allen key that came with the treadmill (you used it to assemble the machine) and go to the back of the machine. If the belt is rubbing, find the left adjustment bolt and turn the screw 1/2 turn clockwise. Now, by hand move the belt a couple revolutions. If it still rubs, repeat the procedure till the belt stops rubbing. Now run the treadmill about 3MPH and fine adjust the belt by turning the screw 1/4 turn until straight. If the belt is not rubbing, run the machine (3MPH) and adjust the left bolt clockwise 1/8 - 1/4 turn watching closely till the belt is centered.
