That model appeared to be manufactured in 2002, over 15 years ago, so it may be difficult to locate. I was only able to locate a similar named model on eBay, but not the same model number. If the gear is not tight, it will slip and not turn as mentioned. Check the attachment and see if the set screw came loose.

Very Carefully! Generally, depending on the make and model there are two small ejection buttons near the beaters portion. Press HARD to make the inside locks disengage the beaters and they will fall out.

The reason for the sticker is that the mixer is NSF certified. The attachments are not rated for commercial or restaurant use, hence the sticker. Of course, the attachments will work perfectly well with your mixer as they do with my KitchenAid KSMC50.

The hinge pin is normally locked in place by a screw. If that screw is not loosened enough the pin will not be easy to put back in place. Put the mixer on its side and look through the base. You should see the screw, Loosen it and the hinge pin can be slid into place (make sure the pin's hole in the case and the one in the head line up). Once the hinge pin is in place, tighten the screw to secure the pin.

No there isn't, the oil that's leaking out is the liquid that makes up part of the grease that's in your gearbox. Grease is solids and oil combined, over time the mixture breaks down and releases the oil. A proper fix if you wish to do it is to dismantle the machine, clean out the old grease and replace it with new. The oil that's leaking is harmless as it is special food grade grease in there. If you choose to replace the grease you should be buying and using KitchenAid food grade grease. A KitchenAid service agent will have the grease and be able to do the job for you.

that mixer has two different beaters one for next to the outside of the bowl and one for the center of the bowl if you get them backwards the beaters will bounce on the side of the bowl

The refurbishment you describe is virtually all labor (aside from grease and oil) and can be expensive. I would certainly re-oil the rear bearing and check the condition of the grease in the planetary and gear box (transmission) and clean and replace grease if needed. In addition, I check the condition of the motor brushes and replace if needed (precaution, the brushed go in only one way so that the chamfer clears the internal stops).
