Hello, I believe you have a problem with the firmware, different factors can give you the same error; I recommend to do a factory reset (remember before to do back up in the external memory or cloud), then if still persist the issue, you can contact the customer services to get more support. https://support.lenovo.com/us/en/?menu-id=Technical_Support
What happened to you is a good reason not to set this password. Unfortunately there is no user-serviceable way for you to reset this password. See the Password section in the hardware manual on page 24. The suggestion is that you will need to have the system board replaced at your own expense.

There may be other options to an experienced technician to reset the password after opening your IdeaPad but this is only speculation at this point. Good luck.

There may be other options open to you including opening your IdeaPad and removing the CMOS battery or using BIOS cracking software if you are able to boot to a CD or USB device. These options may not be feasible to you as they are particularly technical in nature so you may need to find a qualified technician to perform this work if it is even possible. Good luck.
1.Is it new? It may be the best to take it back to the shop under warranty.
2. Try to connect an external monitor to see if you get any image. If you you get image on external monitor, most probably the screen cable is faulty or even the screen itself.

The CD/DVD drive may be opened by pressing a button on the drive itself. If the drive does not open by pressing a button on the drive itself, or the button is not available on the drive, Windows natively provides the ability to eject the tray with simple methods that can be performed in the File Explorer. The steps vary from different operating systems:
Windows 7
Windows 10
Note:
Not all systems come with a CD-ROM, CD-RW, or DVD drive installed internally to the computer
To verify that, you can check the left and right side of your machine. See if there is any slot to insert your CD/DVD. Normally, there is a button to eject the CD or DVD tray for you to insert a disc
Another method to identify this is as below:
1. Click Start and type Device Manager in the search box. Select Device Manager
2. In Device Manager look for DVD/CD -ROM Drives
If you don"t see DVD/CD -ROM Drives this means your device has no optical drive hardware. An external optical drive will need to be purchased to run CD/DVD. It is also wise to check your product specification to see if your device has an optical drive.
If you were previously able to play CD/DVD and DVD/CD -ROM Drives has disappeared from device manager or your device is not reading the disc please follow > Your CD or DVD drive is not recognized by Windows or other programs.
The format capabilities of the drive are listed on the label on the external cover of the drive
The CD-ROM, CD-RW, or DVD drive can be opened using the emergency eject hole (Bend away a leg of a paperclip to work with. Insert the paperclip slowly until there is resistance, then gently push until the drive door is opened) Applicable Brands
Turn off all applications currently using the drive. Otherwise Windows will prevent you from ejecting the DVD tray
Hold Windows + E on the keyboard to open File Explorer
Click the DVD drive icon and click the "Eject" button on the toolbar or right-click on the optical drive and choose Eject from the menu that pops up or down.
