Dear Jan, the link of master reset a RS200 is no longer working...Help!! do you know the steps?

Settings for time are under settings - watch.

To get to watch you must first get to settings: Push either of the right side buttons untill you see settings appear. Then push the RED button (that is your chooser, the others are scrolls).
Now scroll though till you find watch, then choose with the red button and continue on through the prompts.

Got the same problem - changed battry in the RS200 twice, dead after about a week. Bought a "quality" battery, lastet fro 3 weeks, dead again.. :-(
This 4. time, after replacing battery again, I did try to Master Reset the RS200 (see www.polar.fi under support in forums) link: http://forum.polar.fi/showthread.php?t=14065 - but also TAKE CARE to reset to factory default!! You will loose all stored data!!
I am now only waiting (and running) to see how long the battery will last this time...
This might be the problem... give it a try?

Question edited for clarity and its proper name. E1 is a speed sensor error. Sometimes it just needs cleaning/
