It's purely mechanical problem. Kindly check the proper position of the transfer belt and check very well if there is a particular part that is not properly fixed or out of position. Also observe closely which side the damage comes from

kindly put off the machien, remove the memory, clean the connector well and fix into position again.

chsnge the chip on the toner container possibly with the old chip

kindly check for any thorn piece of paper or any other object within paper pathway and remove them. if the jam persist, check and clean sensors within the paper pathway in the duplex.
