The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. The phone asks for PUK code ( Personal Unblocking Key )if a wrong PIN code is entered repeatedly.

PUK code is a security feature which is related to the SIM card you are using with the phone to avoid misuse by unauthorized persons. Each SIM card has a unique PUK code which can only be provided by the service provider.

So kindly contact the Customer support of your cellular service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code.

Please note: Entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row permanently disables the SIM card. So please be careful while entering the PUK code
