my china n97 touch is reverse.please help

most of time when your phone says that your memory is full that means you have to move some image, video, music or sound to memory card. after it will never say your memory is full.

Possible that the phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. See if the bluetooth is detected on the PC. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

you need to visit service center that has equipment to do this. It is impossible to update this phone at home via cable only.

select all contacts from your phone, then copy to memory card, after that you can now insert to your computer.

Every nokia mobile must have a master code and you can calculate it using your imei number. If you would just tell me your imei code, perhaps i could calculate your master code. Good Luck

You will get the PUK code from your cellular operator itself. So please contact the customer care of the cellular operator and they will provide you PUK code. They will ask for mobile no and the last paid bill or last recharge on your phone.

from your problem it seems like your phone is moisture or water damage on half portion of phone.
try put your cell phone on bowl of rice for 1 day.that might help.
