The volume on my ipod nano 4th Generation won't

You have the volume limit adjusted so that it won't blow your ear drums out.  Go into your settings and turn the volume limiter off.

I unplugged my ipod incorrectly now it froze how

You need to reset it, just hold down the middle button and the "menu" button for about 7-8 seconds, or until the apple logo appears.
Hope this helps

My menu button dont work at all i cant do nuttin

Use the Five Rs to restore the iPod. You will lose the data that is currently on it if you restore but you can always re-sync the data to the iPod. http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/

When Disconnected from the Computer, it doesn't work period.

It sounds like it might be a battery issue. When it is hooked up the computer the USB is providing power to run the ipod and charge the battery. Check to see if the battery is good by testing it with a fluke meter if it is removable. And replace if bad. Also make sure you always release the device from the computer using the "safely remove hardware" function before disconnecting the ipod. This could also cause a problem.

When I put my ipod nano onto an external speaker

If an external speaker doesn't run on the same frequency or level or electric current, the Ipod can't put out enough energy to push it through the speaker. It's like trying to mate a Chihuahua with a Labrador, it just doesn't work.

The cable inside may have snapped off....if you're comfortable opening it up for repairs, post back for step by step guide or you can take it to a nearby apple store for repairs.

My ipod 4th generation keep freezing

Try the button combination : menu button and center button together for 5 sec. That will hard reset your iPod (make sure it's not on hold when you do that.) If that doesn't work, Take it to the Apple store first. Only if you're not under warranty, you should try a firmware restore using iTunes. If that doesn't help it's a hardware issue with your logic board. The logic board can be replaced by a tech savy user and the part is available on common auction websites. There are ipod nano 4G Repair guides that show you how to do the replacement step by step.
