hi sfkimura you need to take the battery out of the phone. Next plug the headset and into the port. Take the headset out and now put the battery back into the phone. the phone got set in headset mode. You can try doing a reset of the default settings. UPDATE FIRMWARE IS THE SOLUTION.CONTACT A SERVICE CENTRE

There is a button by the right side of the phone, once you press it, it will unlock the screen and you will be able to use and enjoy your phone. Check, you will see a padlock logo on the button, that is it.
That should do the job for you.

Try to replace your earphone and then switched off and on your phone before using the new earphone, If same problem arise you should bring it to your service provider to check the phone.

Some phone doesn't pairs up with the car blue tooth.All the blue tooth will pair up.To recognize it,they should have synchronizing firmware.Check for updating the LG firmware and updating your car
blue tooth firmware so that it will get synchronized.

There can be many ways to Unlock your phone. As far as i know unlocking by codes is the simple and safe way. I will suggest the website Unlock-Zone.com which is doing good service and they were recommended highly in the cell phone forums.
I used them to unlock my cell phone. contacted them and within 30 mins i had my unlock code and my phone was unlocked.

If your asking how to flash to cricket that isn't something you may want to do with this phone because it could cause your phone to shut down and you could lose all your information on the phone.
