How do I up date

Your unit uses Nextar-branded Navteq maps. Because of that standard maps from Navteq will work just fine in your unit.
You can either find out if Nextar has new official maps for your unit here
http://www.nextar.com/frontend/contact.asp
or you can obtain a newer map on an SD card for it from another source: directly from Navteq, ones made for Garmin or TomTom. You will need to test them for compatibility before purchase, older ones used to work perfectly, newer ones are iffy.
