I would first check the charging port for dirt or debris. You said you used multiple chargers and cables. Did you use brand new cables or just ones that worked with other devices. I ask this because I have had phones that would get loose and would only work with new cables, even though the same old cable would work with other devices with out trouble.
It is an antique from 2008, just send it to your telco and ask for a new phone. It isn't worth even trying to fix. No one uses Flip Phones in 2023 apart from in Third World countries. It has an internal short circuit. You can try a Factory Reset, but that is about it.
