Remove cartridge, observe a small chip mounted on cartridge shell..This chip calculates the approximate toner levels, once its reached "Zero" printer says cartridge empty/low replace it.. If the memory is not detected due to any reason printer will say supply error or 10:xx supply error.. Replace this memory if available( locally its available ) or replace the cartridge.. Very few cases same error appears with faulty DC controller..Ex supply memory:

Assuming the printer already has a CE505A and CE505X installed this would either be a error with the toner cartridge or the corresponding contacts inside the printer.If you have just changed the toner then I would advise re-installing the old cartridge to see if the error disappears/changes. If however the cartridge has been in the printer for a while i would recommend removing it resetting the printer and them firmly re-installing.If this doesn't help I would recommend calling HP or a printer technician.

try checking the cable from top to bottom find if there might be a loose or broken wire caused by spark or try replacing any other usb cable similar to the one with your device.

Try this:

You will need to replace the fan. Looking at the front of the printer, the fan should be on the right side. You will need to remove right side of the printer to gain access to the fan. Contact HP for a replacement fan.

Unfortunately, this is a common problem. I suspect you're using MS Word to make the labels. Word takes the font and the dimensions of the labels and is supposed to transfer the correct sizes of everything to your printer. All to often it doesn't do this correctly. One thing to try is a couple different fonts to see what happens. (use plain paper to experiment, it's cheaper.)The other way is to set up a regular page in MS Word with 3 columns and fill the page with copies of your information. Most of the cases, power supply goes bad, open check the input fuse, if its open check primary section of the power section, replace defective components.. if power supply good replace formatter..
