HP LaserJet P2055d Printer - Page 5 Questions & Answers
Please how can solve the output bin full
The printer uses a "flag" to sense paper full.
As paper stacks up in the output bin it will eventually get high enough to touch the "flag".
As it gets higher it will lift the flag. When the flag gets to the right height it will trip a sensor, which tells the printer to stop printing, because any more paper exiting the printer will hit the paper stack in the output bin causing a massive jam.
Look at the exit on the printer and you should see a piece of plastic that hangs off the shaft with rollers on it. That "flag" should move freely up when you lift it with your finger. It should also drop when you let go of it. If it doesn't do either, then it is jammed somewhere . Attempt to move it up and down to free it up. If it does move up and down freely, and you still have the error message, then the printer has a sensor problem or a circuit board problem. Someone is going to have to take it apart to troubleshoot it.
On my new HP laserjet 2055d on large pdf files I
Either make sure that your program is not creating too large a file, or add more memory as that will allow you to process larger files and also make the printer work faster during every day printing.
Paper jam in cartridge area
This is not much information. Have you tried just opening the cartridge cover to check under the cartridge? What is the error code showing on the display?

When hp laserjet p2055d printer
This happens, usually when a user is not carefull about removing paper from the exit bin. Normally what I find is that the flag that detects paper exits is stuck. There should be a small set of fingers that pop up as the paper exits. If the do not move up and down smoothly then this is where your problem is. Most times if you wiggles them around and push down they should reingage properly.
When i issue a print
The sensor that monitors the output bin is broke, jammed or missing.
At the top of the printer where the paper exits and lays flat. There should be a plastic rod that goes from one side to the other.
It has rollers on it to pull the paper out. There should also be a black plastic flag that goes up and down as paper comes out of the printer. Use a flash light if you have to. Move the flag with your finger up and down. It should almost float. If it is stuck in the up position it causes the printer to think that the output bin is filled up with paper. If it is stuck push it down gently. Make sure that it lifts and that gravity pushes it down.
52 scaner problum
What's exactly the problem, have you re-installed application + Driver ?
When issue a print command,
Check out the arm that rides on the paper as it comes out. It may be stuck so that the sensor is covered. Or it may be that the sensor has some dust on it, so that it reports bin full. Check the arm and also as a precaution use some canned air and blow out the area where the sensor is located. Be careful with the air and don't let it move anything out of place.
Out put bin is full remove all paper to bin
Remove the printer data cable & restart the PC & printer. Then fit back the data cable & turn on the printer. Hope that's start working , if no luck then Uninstall the printer driver & restart the PC & Printer both again. Now install the driver of the printer and connect it with PC ,Turn on printer & go for a test print from the printer preference. Thanks & waiting for your reply.
