Turn the printer off. Disconnect it from your computer and the wall. Check if there are any obstructions blocking the way of the printhead or down the paper feed area. Turn it back on.

It is a common error indicates that your ink pad is saturated. Try the r350 printer reset program in google. download it and clear it.

If your guarantee has expired, try going into the Epson.com web site. They may have an online manual for your product. You can also try to delete the software, reboot your computer and tryto re-installing it again.

Check and replace cartridge would be a good place to start. If ok replace the unit with a new one

I have found some compatible cartridges e.g. from China have the chip which satisfies the Epson printer and others (more expensive) from the UK do not. The printer works but you get this nagging from Epson every time. I switched back to the cheaper imports and the printer stops moaning at me.Go figure, Epson!

HiTurn it off and on.Uncheck 'work offline' under the printers properties.

If you have lost/misplaced the installation CD, you can download the drivers and software from the Epson Stylus PHOTO R350 support website by clicking this link

On the page which opens, select the operating system of your computer (Windows Xp/ Vista..) from the drop-down menu and click the "Search" button. (See attached image)



Then click the "Continue" button on the next page. Download the required drivers and software from the page which opens.
