Press and hold F5 when computer is rebooting to get in to safe mode. In safe mode go to your profiles. Change the password there.

Check your monitor. Mine did this and is an ACER. Make sure the cable in the back of the monitor didn't wiggle out. (Mine did.) Another thing to try is plug it in to SD if you're using HDMI. My HDMI port went out a while back so I had to use SD.

Make sure you are connecting the monitor signal lead to the correct signal output on the rear of the machine. Some desktops have extra video out connectors when they have a graphics card fitted. If yours has a graphics card the display connector will be away from the back USB ,audio and keyboard ports and near to some silver pop out panels near the bottom of the tower.

The problem is with your RAM. Dust it and re install it. It may work. If you cant get it fixed get your friends RAM and see if it is working. Check if you get any beep sound from the PC. If so the problem is with RAM and need to be changed. Thanks!

Have you reseated/replaced the Memory Mods? Reseat the HDD? Remove the HDD and test?

It's for the CMOS chip that holds the BIOS software that supports your motherboards info. That's why you have the correct time and current hardware configuration even after being unplugged. No input means there is no communication with the video card. Try reconnecting monitor cable. Or, possibly re-seating the video card if its an add-on.

try hitting alt-F10 at startup... should access the recovery partition and then just follow the prompts. hope that helps!

Sounds like your hard drive is failing. You'll probably need to replace it.
