and get latest pc suite here : http://www.sonyericsson.com/cws/download/1/357/877/1256297432/Sony_Ericsson_PC_Suite_6.009.00_Web_ENG.exe

just paste the thems in the themes folder and there u go....

if u reset your phone, it would reset all setting including Internet settings, so u have to subscribe for Internet again.

and ve appropriate settings in mobile

You can only solve this by installing the cd that came along with phone onto your system, what I mean is that you need a pc suite and sony ericsson have their pc suite for their phones, so you need to get this pc suite install on your system so as for your pc to be able to detect the phone. Try to instal the pc suite first and also make sure that the usb cable that you are using is still good. Thanks

w-302 can not support theme. this is a criteria of this set. thank u.
