I had exactly the same problem.
The IP-adress on your printer may change if your printer or network router is switched off. Enter the printer network setup from your printer display and print a network konfugiration report, then go to your computer, open the printer properties from the control panel and check the port settings for your printer. If the ports IP-adress don't match the printers, you'll need to add a new port vid the same adress as your printer. Good luck...

There is an issue with fuser exit sensor on this printer. They will report false paper jams. A small part needs to be replaced to solve the issue.

Unless you have a miracle printer, you have learned a lesson that most of us with color printers have already learned :-) You don't

My education came with a Xerox fax machine with 11 mL ink cartridges. I was only using it for faxes, but the ink evaporates. It's long gone and I've never bought or recommended a color printer to do a black and white job.
