I will advice you check ebay.com or amazon.com to order for the ink cartridge of your printer.

The best place to check for a new driver is on Olivetti's website since they are responsible for supporting their products. Unless the unit is very old, they will probably have a driver for it in their support section.

First install its software then attached with laptop. It will detect its driver so installed it and then make a reboot. It will work properly.

If you download and unzipp the Vista Drivers find them in the Olivetti folder click on drivers, then eng, right click on the driver setup and select properties - then compatibility then select run the program in Windows Vista compatibility mode. It worked for me :)

Good day!Your cartridge is the problem..even if its new or original if the printer never detected or sense your cartridge's presence..then that error will appear..

So,try to change a while or borrow if you have friends there just for reading or proven the problem..

reinstall the printer driver.the current drivers which you have installed have got corrupted so the printer is not working properly.delete the old driver and reinstall the new drivers again and check out this will work.there are many other facing this same problem for wireless printer connection due to drivers not getting installed properly or drivers getting corrupted.
