You replaced the Cartridge with a OEM product or third party or a refill. if the last the electronic chip on the toner cart is still telling the machine the cartridge is old so refilling will never work replace the cart with OEM cart, Btw, I’m available to help over the phone in case u need at https://www.6ya.com/expert/normanj_7893313f0751935f

sir Check the sensor for tray #2. Another remove the tray #2 check for broken acturator and or broken tabs that go into the machine to indicate the printer draw two is closed. Lift the printer off tray two use just one and bypass does that work eliminates the circuit board of the machine. Remove a toner cartridge and verify a home position sensor or other components associated.If the cartridge is refill change the chip.

laser slit glass will have toner on it. normally have a cleaning tool within the door, take it out and push along where it says. should clear it

as i was printing on bizhub 450,the machine just stop to print.i checked the network connection,is ok. how can i solve this problem
