Let the machine go through it normal routine. When it asks for toner install the toner bottle correctly. If THE KNUB on the side of the bottle is damage put a new one in. That KNUB is what the toner motor uses to turn the bottle, if it damaged you get a code. If that does not work, you might have a bad motor or the home sensor or actuator for the toner bottle is bad worse case the control board is bad
