TO clear the code did you open and close the front door. Powering the machine on and off does not reset code open closing the front door does. On Control Panel-Touch Screen, Down right Side there is a tab to change the languages/Language Setting. Even if it is Chinese or Portuguese language showing just click on the down right side button on touch screen, a new menu will appear. From there you can select your desired language.English-Chinese etc.

Check the cyan image unit. Pull it out and shake side to side to spread the developer in side the image unit along the whole length of the image unit. Then reseat the image unit. if the code comes back replace the image unit with a NEW one do not use old one hanging around. Also recommend using OEM cartridge.3rd party can cause problems. could also be a circuit board (Expensive). try a trouble reset turn the machine off hold utility/counter power machine on select trouble reset reboot machine

To reset fuser unit you need change the 60mA/250V fuse,located in the fuser unit contact house (a little green diode).

These are heat sensor abnormality error codes in Konica Minolta 7222/7145/7135/7235/7228 models.You did not mention the model.

This is a fuser related code.
To reset the code, please do the following
1. Turn OFF the Main Power Switch.
2. Turn Main Power Switch ON while pressing the Utility/Counter key.
3. Touch Trouble Reset.
4. Check to make sure that OK is displayed and the it has been reset.
5. After turning off the Main Power Switch, turn it on again more than 10 seconds after
and check if the machine starts correctly.
