Ok, so you will need to reinstall the printer software and you can get this from the following link...
http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?product=2511580&lc=en&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&cc=us&submit=Go%20?ยป
If you still have any remaining software on there from your printer, you will need to remove it. To do this you will need to go to start, click on devices and printers... in there if your printer is still installed you will see it. If it is, right click on it and click delete. You will then need to go and remove the software for the printer. To do this you will need to go to start, control panel and you will see an icon labeled programs and underneath you will see remove programs, click on this. In here you may see a few things relating to your printer, if so you will need to remove these as well. If not, you are good to go ahead and download the software from hp, the above link.
To download and Install ....
Unplug the printer before installation and hook it back in when you are prompted to do so, it will be sometime during the installation process. Download and install the drivers for your operating system and once all of that is complete and your printer is hooked back up try to print again.
This should resolve the issue, if you follow the above steps and are still having problems let me know and we will take a different approach. Also, if it does work, please leave either feedback or rating, this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks and good luck ;)
