lift the top of the printer and you will see the inks,press the "ink" button on the printer and the heads will move into a space where you can get to them, lift the cover of the inks and you will see the different colored ink cartridges, these have to be lifted from the front of them so look for a press in plastic strip,press that in and lift the front up. i will add photo of the plastic lock

it will have its own head cleaner program ,try this. click on the start bar ( bottom left of your screen ) open control panel,open devices and printers,look for your printer ( hp ** ) now RIGHT click on the name of your printer,go down to properties,left click to open properties, all your options will be in there for maintenance ( head clean etc )

connect it correctly and down load the correct driver for it into the computer

This is operating-system dependent.

You should have an owner's manual it should tell you usualy there is a PDF manual on the install software Cd.

Make sure your wireless is turned on and then you may need the wireless key you set up.

What error are you getting? Are you trying to copy directly on the printer or are you using the HP software to do it?

Lift the top section of your printer up by lifting from the front at the seam that separates the top from the lower body. This will expose the insides and you will then see the printer cartridges. The cartridge carriage will also relocate itself when you open the top, to make cartridge replacement easier. To change a cartridge, press downwards on its front top until it dislodges, and then pull it out. To replace the new cartridge, slide it into its open slot in the carriage and then lift it upwards until it clicks into place.
