Flashing green orange lights

The Canon service info is: B200/P10 - Orange and green light blinking 10 times Description: A service error has occurred. Resolution: 1. Turn off the printer. 2. Disconnect the power cable. 3. Open the printer cover. 4. Check for any orange protective tape or white polystyrene and remove if necessary. 5. Check that there are no foreign objects in the printer (such as a paper clip) and remove if necessary. 6. Close the cover. 7. Reconnect and turn on. If the above solution has not resolved your error, please contact your nearest Canon authorised service facility using the link at the top of the page. The error code is usually given for a foreign object present in the print head carriage path, so check at both ends for a crumpled up wedge of paper. If nothing is found, it is most likely that your print head has an over-heating problem and is dying

Canon pixma ip4600 says it cant print bc theres not paper, but there is. i cant figure out how to print.

Many times the switch that lets the printer know it's out of paper is stuck in position, or dust has clogged it. If you can blow the small bits of paper or dust out you can get it going again. I use a can of compressed air to clean my printer about once a month to stop this from happening. It is a common problem.

My Canon Pixma i4600 "ate" a sheet of paper.

The print head is lockedfeed a piece of paper through the back and manually turn the white roller until the paper is 3/4 through. Turn the printer on and the printer should take the paper and run it the rest of the way through.

Errof 6C10 on cannon 4600

To reset the pruge counter try this...
  1. Start with printer off
  2. Press and hold resume Button (triangle in the circle) and click "Power" button. Green led should be on
  3. While holding the Power button, release the Resume Button.
  4. Without releasing the Power Button, click "Resume" button for two times and release Both Buttons.
  5. Click "Resume" for four times then soon click "Power" button, to confirm the selected action (reset counter absorber).
  6. Turn off the printer and turn on again
This will however not clean the ink absorber that your printer believes is full. The estimate for how full the absorber is can be pretty generous so it is likely that you could print hundreds of pages before any ink overflows. It will however overflow eventually is not replaced but it can be a pretty involved proceedure. For example see this video for a different printer.

THE PRINTER PRINTS BLANK PAGES

If you haven't used your printer in a while, it's possible the print heads have become totally clogged (assuming you haven't already checked out the obvious things like ink levels etc.)I found that by removing the printhead (remove the ink carts, flip a lever and lift out) you can try spraying some window cleaner onto the nozzles on the underside, leaving a few minutes, and then get a bowl of hot tap water and touch the nozzles on the surface of the hot water. This will definitely help some 'soft' blocked nozzles. If you get SOME print action after this, then you know the problem is definitely clogged nozzles. However, if they're severely blocked, then you can find a print head cleaner kit online for about $10. It contains some cleaner fluid, a syringe and some pieces of clear hose that fit on the ink funnels on top. Then you can inject cleaning fluid into the nozzles. Did it for mine - worked a treat!BTW, the inkjet head is fairly watertight in itself - you can flush the nozzles under a hot tap no problem. DO MAKE SURE THE HEAD IS COMPLETELY DRY BEFORE YOU PUT IT BACK IN YOUR PRINTER!

Canon ip4970 waste tank reset

this is how to do it use xp

http://www.mediafire.com/?dbi16o3ovel1iyk

download the v3400 for free in link above it is 9,5mb ( there is a other file dont use it only the service mode tool v3400 )

follow this instructions and you will be fine

http://www.2manuals.com/product_info.php?products_id=1445

- power OFF the printer bu Power button. Dont disconnect power cable

- connect the printer by USB cable to the PC.

- press and hold Resume button (red triangle in the red circle) and press Power button

- hold both buttons until power on indicator will light then release resume button (dont release Power button) and press Resume button 5 times

- release all buttons - the printer will blink few times with green light and will then light green constantly. You have put the printer in Service Mode now and you can now run the Service Tool. (If the printer is still blinking by green - you have some other errors in printer and you have to fix them first, because the Service Tool will not work if the printer is not put in service mode - green light is constant)

4. Run the Servicetools V3400.exe program.

5. Select the connected USB port number from USB PORT

6. In the Ink Absorber Counter section of the Service Tool, select MAIN from the Absorber pull-down menu.

7. From the Counter Value(%) pull-down menu, select the value (in 10% increments) which is the closest to the actual counter value confirmed before replacement of the logic board, and click SET. Print EEPROM information to confirm that the value is properly set to the EEPROM

Problem pixma ip 4600.

Cleaning ink cartridges takes up a lot of ink. So, you may be out of ink in the respective ink jet cartridges that supply ink for the colors which are missing. Try new ink cartridges.

My Canon PIXMA iP4600 keeps

I am sorry to say that you will need a new printhead and main logic board to solve this error. What has probably happened is the printhead has shorted the logic board. So unfortunately you MUST replace both together. I think this may be rather expensive.

Sorry.
