My HP C6380 is printing blank pages. Cartridges

1. Disconnect the power cord and USB from the printer and press and hold the power button down for 30 secs without anything connected to the printer. 2. Now connect the power cord only and turn it ON, make sure that the printer has sufficient ink in the cartridges, you may clean them and inside the printer with a lint free cloth. The printer will take some time to initialise. 3. Now we will reset the printer so follow the steps below. A. - Press and Hold the ?Print Photos? & ?Red Eye Removal? buttons. Release both buttons. Display should say ?Enter Special Key Combo? B. - Press and release in sequence ?Red Eye Removal?, ?Print Photos?, ?Red Eye Removal? 1. Press and release the right arrow button until the display says ?System Configuration Menu?. 2. Press and release the ?OK? button. 3. Display should say ?Support?. Use the Right arrow Key to look for "Reset Menu". 4. Press and release the ?OK? button. 5. Press the right arrow key to look for "Semi-Full Reset", press 'OK' 6. The printer will go off and will power on by itself, else wait for 20 seconds and power on the printer. Also check if Operating system is Windows XP, then Service Pack should be 2 or 3. Ink system failure...Oxc19a0023

Call 1-800-HP-Invent. They will walk you through a procedure to reset the ink system. You'll need to get a senior tech to do it, and it's a 50/50 shot as to whether it'll fix it.
You may have to pay for this service if the unit is out of warranty.
HP will usually take your word as to purchase date initially, so if it's out of warranty, LIE...just be aware that they will only believe you once and you will have to provide proof of purchase to get any further service!

We replaced all of our ink cartridges, but the HP

a couple things, re-insect the cartridges to be sure all the packing is off all the ink cartridges,. if so, then you may have somethign as simple as either a re-boot of the pc, or even that the lid did nto close correctly to trip the switch which may be holding it back. Also be sure to take a look at the cleaning operation which typically happens at start up to be certain it is functioning properly.
Best regards
Ck

I recently installed new black

I would double check to see if the black ink cartridge has the clear tape on the nozzle from the factory. I've done this inadvertantly before.

Printer says ink system failure

The error that you are having is a hardware issue, it means your printer has an Ink System Failure. Believe me, there's no use going through troubleshooting for this one. Call HP and just Upgrade your printer. HP Printer Tech Support would be more than happy in giving you discounts and an extra year of warranty for $1.00.

Yes you can still download the driver. Open this link [Click Here], click "Select..." Now on the next page, click the (+) sign beside "Drivers (2)" to expand (Screenshot No.2) . Again, click one of the links (Screenshot No.3.), I recommend the 1st link.
Again on the next page, click the "Download" button or the other [red arrows pointed] link (Screenshot No.4)
