1) The issue is due to the printer feeder settings, and it can be solved by changing the settings on the computer.
2) When you press Print, the printer takes the paper from the topmost feeder, and the paper is assigned in the bottom-most feeder.
3) If the printer and computer are connected to the same network, follow the troubleshooting techniques below to solve the error on the printer.
4) Go to the printer settings on the driver and change the paper tray from top to bottom and press apply.
5) Next time when you press print, the printer automatically starts printing from the bottom and hence the work begins from the upper tray of the printer.
6) If the printer issue continues to exist, change the paper trays setting again and click apply to continue printing.

Download the correct version of the printer driver that suits your printer model.
Install the driver file by following the on-screen instructions of the installer.
Check the cable connector plug for any dust settlement.
Clean the cable carefully and reinsert it.
Check the system requirements of the printer and cross check it with the computer.
