Why does my battery charger turn on when plugged and after 6 seconds turns off?

could be a circuit protection device check correct battery voltage selected check correct t battery post connection positive to positive -negative to negative check that the clips are on the battery posts as there may be a build up between the posts and the terminals that is causing the charger to overload or sense an open circuit because of the high resistance

What # should i use

To first sear the steak on both sides, turn it to it's highest setting. After both sides have seared for about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on the thickness. Then turn the temp down to medium and continue to grill to the way you like it turning it once more. Never use a fork to turn the meat. It pierces it and allows those wonderful juices to drain out. Use tongs instead. Once it's cooked to your liking, take it Off the grill and allow it to rest 3-5 minutes. That way, when you cut into it, most of those wonderful juices will remain in the meat.

Hope this helped you and enjoy your steak! Happy grilling!

I burned through the electric cord on my George

take the grill apart and remove the old wires ( label and mark colors ),, go to your local hardware store and buy a pre made plug and wire set and install to the grill.
now depending on where the cord got burned -- you can just shorten the cord and use the existing cord -- ( it will just be a bit shorter ).
you can also use a extension cord and just cut the one end off of it and wire that to the grill.
or you can just cut the burned through part off and use **** connectors to put it back together.

Can I use the george

There is no reason why you cannot use your grill if scratched. If the scratch is on the cooking surface and some of the no-stick coating has been removed then this may cause your meat to stick to that particular area. This problem should not be of any concern regarding the use though.

Can I get a replacement grease catcher bottle for

why? what is wrong with cleaning existing one? just remove it, heat it on topstove a bit, then tip content to any plastic dish, you can use this fat as add-on for your dog or cat, mix wiht seeds and give to birds, in local park or indeed on your veranda or balcony, does not need to go to the tip.
