I need wiring digram for this unit
Your best bet because of the age of the unit is to contact Goodman technical support, you will need a model # and serial # for the unit, the number for them is 888-593-9988.
They should be able to E- mail it to you or fax it .
this should help.

I purchased a new Goodman
http://www.encorewire.com/docs/amp%20voltage.pdf is a diagram of what size wire and type you need for different amperage. As you can see the 10/3 recommendation is good for a maximum of 30 amps in copper and 25 in aluminum.
I haven't found the CKL36AR36 installation guide, so I don't don't know which circuit breaker size you need to install. But it should be listed in your installation guide that you got with your unit. Make sure that you have the correct disconnect within 6 feet of the unit to meet code.

Starts up runs and cools for about three minutes.
This sounds like a contactor with a bug in it. The contactor controls both sides of
the 220 volt feeding the fan. If you lose one leg due to a burnt contactor or
an insect between the contact points the fan will stop and the compressor as well
Make sure to pull the disconnect and shut off both breakers for the inside unit as well as the outside unit before inspecting the contactor.
If it has a bug in it, you can use a little canned air to blow it out.
The contactor is a square black item, if you are unfamiliar. The contacts are metal
and may show some sooting around them, if this is the case, it should be replaced.
The part is around 20 dollars at most appliance parts stores or heating/ cooling supply.
Photograph and make a wiring diagram before replacing or even better to have the unit serviced professionally. Hope this helps.

When instaliing the condensate drain line do I
No vent is necessary. Just leave the piece that enters your drain pan unglued so you can remove it later for cleaning, make sure you glue the trap in though or you will have a leak.

Where is the filter on
The main places that filters are located are:
Return Air Vent or Vents
Inside Coil Box
Underneath Furnace (Will have a small access door)
Filter Box Attached to Return Air System
A lot of people still look for their filters inside the coil box, but more recently installed units will have them in the return grills inside the house. Follow your return air from the vent inside the house back to the unit and it will be somewhere in between there. Hope this helps!

My ac central air is blowing air but not cold
Problem #1:Outdoor condensing fan motor has stopped running. This problem
could be caused by a bad motor run capacitor.
If
your motor capacitor is not the problem, then more than likely you need a new
motor. Is the fan blade tight, stiff or hard to turn? If the fan blade is hard
to turn then you probably need a new motor.
Problem #2: Air conditioner compressor will not start. When power is applied
to the air conditioning outdoor unit the fan starts, but you hear a sound like
the compressor is trying to start, "UGGG"..., for about 5 to 10 seconds and then
all you hear is the outdoor condenser fan run. The compressor is locked and will
not start. What is happening is the compressor is trying to start, but because
the compressor motor is locked it tries to start for a few seconds and then
because of the high amperage being drawn goes off on internal overload. The
internal overload protects the compressor windings from overheating and burning
up. I see this many times during the start of the air conditioning season. Some
compressors just have a hard time starting after sitting all winter long. Some
compressors are locked up so bad that I can not start them and must tell my
customer that they need a new compressor . Many
times I can get the compressor started again without having to buy a new
compressor or new air conditioning system by using the device known as a "Super-Boost." I keep two or three of these on the truck. They
have saved many of my customers from having to buy new air conditioning compressor. Another good device is called a "5-2-1" kit.

Unit is working but the fan will not start you
Possibly a bad fan motor run capacitor.
***CAUTION***
Anytimeyou are working on or around electricity you run the risk of shock and ordeath. Please consider consulting an expert before you open an electrical panelor appliance.
***CAUTION***
Capacitorshold a large electrical charge and will discharge upon contact with your skin. This is enough to stop your heart and cause death. If you are not confident ofyour abilities around these devices then please leave any testing or repairs toa professional.
The capacitor is inside the unitand you have to remove the cover to see the inside of the electricalcompartment. You will need to discharge the capacitor before you start workingaround it. To do this take a screwdriver or other long metal tool with aninsulated handle and cross the three terminals on the capacitor to ground. Youthen remove the wires to the capacitor terminals, taking note of which wiregoes to which terminal.
Capacitors are rated in MicroFarads (marked by a µF symbol) and a dual capacitor, shown in the image below, will have two ratings listed like this "35/5µF" or something verysimilar. You must have a multimeter thatreads micro farads to check a capacitor.
You do that by placing one probeon the C or COM terminal and the other probe on the FAN terminal and it shouldread the small number of the rating, for example if your capacitor is ratedlike this: 30/7.5µF then the fan rating will be the smaller of the two numbers. In this case the 7.5µF (seven and a halfMicro Farads). The HERM terminal is the one for the compressor and will berated the higher of the two numbers, I.E. the 30µF on the capacitor. Check themboth and of they are more than 6% lower than they are supposed to be then thecapacitor is weak and needs replaced. If you read 0 (zero) then the cap is badand needs replaced.

Hello, most likely youmhave a bad capaitor or bad fan motor. If you push the fan and it gets going than the capacitor is bad,if not bad fan motor.

Outside unit won't come on.
if nothing comes on (on the outside unit) when you turn on AC (and the inside unit runs ok) I would check the fuses and/or the breaker for the outside unit. I would suspect a fuse blown or a breaker tripped. It's also possible that your 'low voltage' (24V) thermostat wire has been cut (by lawn mower) or chewed into (by dog). If the problem is the low voltage wire you can easily splice it back together - just be sure all power is off.

The unit has power, but
Check inside the furnace for a circuit board. The board may have a small 3 or 5 amp fuse. Check to see if it is blown. The circuit board may have a blinking light to diagnose the problem. The diagnosis scheme should be right on the furnace front panel.
