When connected to ac adaptor it will turn on and toshiba leading innovation appear, but after that no program will displayed, but when i disconnected to the ac adaptor the programs runs normally. the
This is strange.
I think your ac adapter power cord is bad. Get another one from ebay at: http://www.ebay.comJust put in your computer's make and model, not the model of the battery in the ebay search. For example: Toshiba Satellite Pro L300 AC Adapter It
might be your lcd screen's inverter, but it's strange. Anyway test the
inverter by plugging in the ac adapter and when the screen goes blank
try the steps below.
Shine a flashlight on the dark screen to see if you barely
see the icons on the desktop. If so, then the LCD Inverter is bad.
Plug in an external monitor and see if the display shows up on it. It can be
any kind of monitor even the old big fat crt monitors as long as it has a vga
cable to connect to your computer's vga port. If so that proves your
video card is ok. The video will show on most systems when you reboot
without you having to do anything. Some systems will require you to hit the FN
(Function key) + F1 thru F12. Hold down the FN key then hit the correct
key for displaying on the monitor (F1 thru F12). The correct key will
normally have CRT/LCD on it or it will have the icon of a display.
If you see no icons by shinning a flash light and the external monitor works,
then your screen is bad. If you see no icons by shinning the flash light
and nothing shows on the external monitor, then most likely your video card is
bad.

My wireless network isn't working
CONTINUAL DISCONNECTION OF WIRELESS CONNECTION There are a few things thatcan cause you to lose wireless connection with your wireless router.1. Weak signal strength, check the signal strength on your wireless card. If it is weak move thewireless router away from brick or concrete walls and if possible locatethe wireless router higher up.2. Have you secured yourwireless router from people near your from unauthorized access? i.e. change thedefault password, setup encryption use WPA2 or WPA, change the default SSID,and turn off SSID broadcast, and for added protection, enable MAC addressfiltering which allows only the MAC address/es of your wireless card/s toconnect to your wireless router.3. You could be gettinginterference from electrical sources such as air conditioners, arc welders, washing machines etc. If so, the power supply to the wireless routers andcomputers etc should be connected to a surge protection power board, betterstill connect your computer equipment to an UPS (Uninterrupted PowerSupply). 4. Check the channels ofthe wireless routers and access points in your area and change the broadcastchannel on your wireless router to an unused channel or one that is currentlyused but has the weakest signal strength. This will minimize interferencewith your wireless router from other wireless routers and accesspoints in your area.

Laptop goes on some few minutes after being shut down.
you cannot blame windows xp because according to me it is such OS that it removes many problems of windows 7 and vista.windows 7 and vista makes your pc much slow and many features dont work but windows xp is free from these errors.actually you hear the sound but nothing appears on the screen.this is because your cpu fan is running which takes somes time to stop.may be some problem of the hardware especially the mainboard.go to any repair shop and just get it checked.

What would the parent password be ?
If it's a home access pc you could try: 'cometpar' or 'Misco'. Another one I've come across is 'welcome'.You could also try resetting the password in safe mode.Hit F8 repeatedly on start up. When screen comes up choose safe mode. If prompted to log in enter 'Administrator' in user field and leave password blank. Go to start>control panel>user accounts and safety>user accounts. You can make changes to the account from here.

Try booting from the recovery DVD and click next at first window. The bottom left of the next window should show a link to repair your computer. Click this link, a new window will show the installation directory (normally C: drive) choose this and click next. In the system recovery options window, click startup repair. This should recover the missing file.

Overheating
If there is a panel with vents on the bottom of the laptop, then you maybe able to access the fan and heatsink from this panel. If there isn't a vent panel then the heatsink and fan can be accessed by removing the keyboard.
