dear sir,
install in your p.c,the software cd given along with the camera then follow the steps,
1.connect the data cable one end to your p.c
2.open p.c studio and in that you have a option to connect your phone via u.s.b cable or via bluetooth....
3.select u.s.b cable mode and then connect your phone to the other end of the u.s.b cable and wait for few seconds for your p.c to detect your acer camera,make sure that your camerae is on and when you connect the other end of thecam to the data cable,your camera will be detected to the p.c in a couple of seconds and you can transfer files from cam to p.c as well as from p.c to cam...

Even if you dont have a software, you can still copy the pictures from your camera to your computer. While it is plugged into the computer via usb cable, turn on the camera. Your computer should detect it as a new usb device. Open Windows Explorer by right clicking the START button and choose Explore. It will open a windows which will show directories and subfolders on the left side. Look for the local drive letter associated to the camera and click it to show the contents on the right. Look for the pictures that might be inside those folders. Once found, select them and press CTRL c to copy or right click and select copy. Then go to your local drive on the computer and paste it there. Should you need further assistance, please let me know.
