I just can't figure out how to put the music on, everytime i press sync it comes up with error! and i cant find the stupid :Edit playlist' button, also can we load music from our itunes to it?

This may just mean that your mp3 or cell phone watever it is cannot play this format. However if this is a ipod then it should be able to play. Try downloading AVS audio converter pro. Its free. But make sure you have a codec for it to prevent a funny voice in some parts of the song. Change the format to mp3,WMA,WAV,aac or aiff formats. If this continues then this is a software problem. having the very same problem and my unit is only a couple months old . has been nothing but problems but at least it would turn on then , nothing now. I removed it from base and attempted to trn it on ..... nothing but PLEASE WAIT . I:M SO SO SO mad

Are you using the charging cables that came with it? That is a type C. Are you securely attaching the charging cable? A loose connection would keep the battery from charging.
