sounds like another new thing nintendo have done to screw us all up, i would suggest a dstt cart or r4 cart or summit but they dont support them eaither! either back to the shops 4 money back then buy in europe or wait until they bring thr dstt or r4 or n5 crt out which supports the dsi and go from there.

Flashing power light means it needs to be charged.

If it's a big problem for you then take it apart, DON'T REMOVE ANYTHING!!! Make sure the lights are attached properly then try. If it still works fine otherwise, then don't worry about it and charge it whenever you're finished.

SSID is the name of the wifi network you want to connect to.For example if you have a netgear router and you haven't personalized the SSID, then the SSID is probably NETGEAR. If you renamed it to Dhimiter Dema then the SSID is now Dhimiter Dema.

Usually this can be a couple of things. It could be a corrupt download, try and update the DSI over the WiFi again. If it comes up with an error as soon as you try to do an update it is more than likely a bad Wifi card inside the DSi and will need to be replaced.

The people answering is not right there is no big orange butten on white or black personally don't have a clue but some people don't no what they are taking about worst answers ever !

Step 1: When you are on the PIN screen, choose "I forgot."
Step 2: When you are on the secret question screen, choose "I forgot".
Step 3: Call Nintendo Customer Service at 1-800-255-3700 and provide the inquiry number shown and the date on your Nintendo DSi. Step 4: You will then be issued a master key. Tap OK.
Step 5: Enter the master key and tap OK.

what ever you do dont listen to him there is a solution mine was stuck white screen and would not turn off and i was so close to doing what he said but now here is the solution

Step one:unplug dsi (if it is charging)
step two:close the dsi
step three:once it is closed turn volume down all the way witout opening
step four:set the dsi in front of a fan vent or someplace it will get a breeze
step five:open the dsi and hold power switch for like 6 to 10 seconds
(even when it turns off keep holding it for a couple more seconds)
now you an plug it back in and turn it on and VAWALä

The other solution is to go over to http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp and from here, you can provide the confirmation number on your DSi, and get your reset code. Unlike the 1-800-255-3700 solution, this one is available 24/7.

Despite it saying Wii Parental control reset tool, it also applies to DSi as well.

I have the same problem except it is on Warioware D.I.Y. but i am sorry because i have no solution and i am trying to find one. :(
