This happened to me. You need an up to date computer with at least windows 7 for this to work. And I don't know if this has to be a computer or not? Shouldn't think so

I've got that message before. What that means, is that sorry, but you won't be able to play that game ever again. What causes this is that the firmware in the update blocks some things that Nintendo wants to be blocked, so they block it. There's a simple solution though: You won't be able to play this game. (This happened o me with Action Replay)

Purchase a dsi points card from a game store.

I am having the same problem with my daughter's. I had to return the first one because of that code.. and now the second one has it too. I am out of the 90 day return policy period though. In my opinion, these things weren't quite ready to hit the shelves when they did.

remove your R4 card. Go to the system setting and turn your date on the dsi back by a year!!
Put your R41 back in and it should work.
happened to my sons and the only way it would work was to turn the date back.

what you have to do is try and get a master key to unlock your pin. (maybe in the shop you bought it have a master key or you will have to look it up on http://www.nintendo.com/ for a master key! hope i helped!

Go to parental controls in system settings. When it asks 'Change Parental Controls settings?' tap yes. When it brings up a numeric keypad, tap the center button, "I Forgot". Next, tap "I Forgot" again. Now you will be shown a screen with a number at the bottom (the 'inquiry number'). Go to: http://wii.marcansoft.com/parental.psp Enter the 'inquiry number' number in the field marked confirmation number. Set the current date in your timezone and click get reset code. And Voila! Your DSi is now parental control free!

Try cleaning ur dsi with cotton swab and acolhol,,and the games as well,,,
