Error code 7
The error code 7 is in fact a motor error.
The motor that drives the spin cycle has become faulty. The only solution now is to get an engineer in to fix it or get it sent away to get repaired.

HOW TO FIX ERROR 7 PROBLEM!
This problem is quite common on these machines, especially just after the machine has been moved. As a previous poster has said, Err 7 is a motor error. It is usually because the electrical connector has become detatched from the motor. Here is how to fix it.
- First of all, PLEASE unplug the machine from the wall socket! And switch off the water supply too!
- Pull the machine out from under the counter, and turn it so that you have access to the back of the machine.
- Remove the 3 phillips screws that secure the back plate. You are only removing the small plate immediately behind the drum, not the whole back panel!
- Look through the hole you have just created by removing the panel down towards the bottom of the machine. You will see the motor. Hopefully you will also see a 7 way connector not connected to anything, and a 7-way socket on the motor! (7 way means that it connects 7 different wires!)
- Plug the connector back on to the motor. Don't worry, it will only go one way round, so you can't get it wrong. If the connector looks like it is connected, give it a little wiggle and a push to make sure it is fully home.
- Replace the the small back panel, taking note that the top of the panel goes BEHIND the main back panel, and the bottom of it goes IN FRONT of the main panel. (This could be the other way round, I can't remember!)
- Push the machine back under the counter, making sure that it is level (level it up by turning the 2 feet at the front of the machine until it doesn't wobble), reconnect the water and plug it in to the electricity supply.
- Turn the machine on and attempt to operate the machine. (Top Tip: Select the wool or quick wash to test the machine, otherwise you will have to wait 3.5 hrs for the machine to go through a cotton/linen wash! Unplugging the machine won't help, because it remembers where it was when it gets a power cut!)
Front loading Haier HW-D1470TVE Door will not
Sounds like your door is locked. Unplug the unit for 30 minutes then plug it back it hopefully it will reset everything and you will be able to open the door. Then after you get the door open you will need to run some tests to see what is the problem. Check the door lock sensor and the door lock mechanism
Trouble shooting
if it doesent spin at all could have a problem with motor carbons if you access the motor you will see two long stick like objects attached to the metal casng on the motor remove and chack the contacts have at least 10 mm of corbon
Haier Not Drying
most likly to be thermostat if you remove the lid you should see 2 little round thermostats on top somewhere some stats have a reset button on 1 of the thermostats if there is press it if it clicks try it on a dry to see if it works
Wash machine says E3
not sure where you can get a manual but sometimes blankets produce a lot of fluff while washing maybe the pump filter needs cleaning out the machine will not reach speed with too much water in it
Dryer
sounds like an airflow problem. disconnect the vent behind the machine and clean it out thoroughly. it might be kinked behind the machine, be careful when you push it back to the wall as to not kink the vent hose. if possible use a straight smooth metal duct to exhaust the air to the outside of your home.
The Drum turns, but no heat, is it ok?
check your breaker, sometimes if one side of the 220v breaker trips and not the other then the dryer will run with no heat.
if you have a voltage meter then check the outlet itself for a full 220v.
Washing machine
What height is your drain spout? The pipe should be about 3 feet up and then down into the sink or wall standpipe; there should be a water mark behind the machine Your pump pumps the waste water OVER this height. At present your drain pipe must be lying at floor level, which is not correct.
Water is leaking out of detergent dispenser- big time
Water pressure may be too high,try turning the cold water feed pipe (usually the blue one)down a little,not too much though.If this does not solve it,is the machine lying level front to back? If not pack up the front of washer until level.If still no good take out dispenser drawer completely check for obstruction inside housing of machine. Also while drawer is out clean the underside or top of dispenser housing with an old toothbrush or similar tool,(you will see several pin holes where the water comes out when filling).To take out dispenser open drawer fully and there should be a clip at top back of drawer that you push while pulling drawer at the same time.Hope this is useful to you.

My Haier 18 dishwashers control panel does not illuminate.
First, confirm that the dishwasher display is working. If the display is still working, try pressing some of the touchpad buttons. If some of the buttons respond correctly but others don't, it is likely that the touchpad is at fault. (Some manufacturers sell the touchpad separately from the control panel. Other manufacturers require that you purchase the touchpad and control panel together. If you cannot replace the touchpad individually, replace the touchpad and control panel.)
