If your asking for the code to install the game, it would be illegal and frankly, rather stupid of anyone here to give you one. Codes like that can only be used a set number of times before they no longer work. If your trying to cheat the system, please support the economy by going to your local game store and buying the game like any hardworking American should. If it's the case that you've used the code too often, then call the manufacturer of your game and explain the situation to them, they may be able to help you, and good luck with your game.

Ok, well i have seen this many many times, and as far as i can tell quite a few things can cause it.. from the CPU getting "Bogged Down" with an algorithm, to, difficulty in reading the Media, to, not enough memory, bad memory management and so on.. Sometimes it can be fixed by cleaning the DVD, if used. But often it is simply a "Glitch" however if it happens repeatedly at the same spot in a game, or whatever, then it maybe damaged media. Again if DVD a Lens Cleaner may be used this indeed may help, don't over do the cleaning though as it will damage it more than help. If streamed from a HDD, then there maybe damaged sectors tracks blocks etc, if this is suspected, then uninstall and reinstall the software, after doing a disk cleanup and scan, this too will often sort problems like this out too.
The sound is often encoded away from the video data, and so good sound, doesn't always mean anything, as the sound may indeed be OK, but the picture terrible.
If run on a PC, More RAM, Higher GPU and CPU speeds, more swap space, will usually sort most problems out.

This might be because your pc spec dont meet the game requirements i.e. you need a better graphics card. Anyways you could try running it on low or medium settings.

OK i see that your psp is customed firmware OR hacked!! in this case what you wanna do is
1. connect it to the computer.
2. on the system menu ( when you open it and you sell al the files ) create a new Folder called ISO with capitals!! when you download your ILLEGAL game cough cough umm if its .RAR you can simply drag it there OR you can extract your file from the .rar IF its in a rar file .. if it does not say .rar and its a ZIP than extract the content IT says the name of your game and the file extension LIKE .ISO OR .CSO they both work .. just put them there .
3. disconnet now go to game DONT click on anything yet CLICK on SELECT button then the VHS menu will appear than scroll down and youll see something like UMD needed, change it to M33 driver once clicked your GOOD TO GO!!! i hope this helped you and if it did leave a testimonial!!! so i can higher my rank thank you for reading this.

Did this problem arise only recently, that is after some computer formats or etc. Also try the same in a different browser like Google chrome or Mozilla Firefox. Sometimes it may work.

try going into my computer-add\remove programs-find the game and click on add\remove on the right of the bar try repairing the game the cd must be in and see if it works if it doesnt work after that then try removing it from the same directory in add\remove programs, if all else fails try defragmenting your pcgot to start menu-programs-accesories-system tools-defragmentor.

if that doesnt work then try restoring your pc to an earlier date preferebly to the date you installed the game on your pc that can work or you can restore your system to an earlier date to before you installed the game that way it would be as if you never laoded it on your pc.
for system restore you go to : start menu-programs-accesories-sysrem tools-system restore then click on the date you would like to restore your pc too
