Unsure what 665.1329 is, but it may be a Kenmore part available from Sears.

Depends what you are planting. Most plants should be put in soil when purchased and before they become root bound. However sometimes when you get them, they are crowded in the container. If it's in a soft plastic container, lie it on its side and push down to loosen it. Then gently remove it from the container. Break the roots up at the bottom and loosen the soil there. Score through the roots, from midway to bottom on the 4 sides and gently, slightly separate them to spread them a bit for your hole. Make sure you have a small bump of dirt for that separated part to sit on so there are no big air gaps. Mix a root shock solution in water, and pour into your hole. Once that drains, plant your tomato or flower or whatever, making sure you pack the dirt down around it. Water it with more of the root shock mixture. Put some mulch, about an inch around the top of the plant to keep it from overheating. Water regularly and enjoy.

Loosen the bolts that hold the starter head and it should then go back unless the spring in starter is broke.

Governor "hunt" is almost always a carburetor or intake air issue. Check the carburetor mounting bolts are not loose (causes vacuum leaks between carb and intake). Suggest you drain and replace fuel with fresh fuel, check for water in fuel. Don't forget to drain the carburetor fuel bowl (may be try this first).

If still hunting, likely carburetor is fouled, try cleaning and or replace.

You should have a 2 stroke oil reservoir, you do not need to mix the fuel, you just have to put unleaded in the tank.

Check out section 6-9 on the manual. here is the link:
