Operator must be in the seat while PTO is engaged so most likely the seat switch has failed or displaced.

You cannot just take the bolts out and get the blades off, you would need to open the gearbox housing, the blades run on an eccentric inside the gearbox, this is what makes them reciprocate, the box will be filled with grease, so a pretty messy job, just wire brush them on the machine and re oil if you do not want to strip the gearbox.

Unfortunately there is no way to clean the carb without removing it, and disassembling it, you can replace the fuel filter in the fuel tank fairly easily, just hook the hose out through the open filler hole, pull the filter off the end of the hose and replace with new.

This machine is running too lean ( insufficient fuel getting to the cylinder ) things that make it run too lean are.
Blocked fuel filter in the fuel tank.
Cracked or split fuel pipe.
Incorrect settings on the carb.
Dirt or blockage in the carb
Diaphragm's hardened in the carb
Things you can do yourself, hook the pipe out of the fuel tank and replace the filter on the end, if you are not mechanically minded you will need somebody to service the carb, and re set it for you.

Yes, valves work best if they seal properly. Better compression equals more power as well as less risk of burning the valve edges as burning gas leaks past them.

check to see if any spark plugs or other ignition connection is bad. if you need more juice you have to have a good straw.

I had a weedeater that would do that on a 2-stroke motor. Had to adjust the screws on the carb for idle and run. That fixed my issue. Try searching for carb adjustment for your specific model.

Basically, the Blockchain Technology stores blocks of information which are chronologically synchronized. And these blocks cannot be controlled by an individual, making Blockchain technology highly secure to operate. In fact, there is no single point of failure, meaning security is guaranteed. For example, if two parties agree to share a common record in the Blockchain network, an individual cannot tamper with your record, unless the entire network agrees to change it. Moreover, even if data is lost at one point, it can be re-copied from other locations stored in the network.
Block Chain Development has changed from a passion project to a viable and well-paid career. Now that big business has caught on to the many applications and usefulness of blockchain, these few skilled blockchain developers are hotly sought after by companies who are finally jumping on the bandwagon and trying to integrate the technology into their services.

Does the belt only come off when deck is shut off? I believe this unit requires the belt guard (A in fig. below) is in place or belt jumps spindle pulley when deck is shut off.

Check position of idler belt keeper (yellow). If in proper position and belt still jumps pulley, try positioning to a more lateral position (blue).

Excessive wear in the idler arm and pulleys or loose pulleys will cause belt to displace. The pulleys and pulley mounts should not wobble.

Check for cracks in hoses. Also, make sure there is an air filter in place.
