Press S3 button to select HOME ALARM or FOREIGN ALARM to set. 2. Press S1 button to activate the alarm. Alarm indicator / will appear. 3. Press again to activate the hourly chime. Chime indicator will appear. 4. Press the third time to activate both functions. Both of the indicators will appear. 5. Press fourth time to deactivate both functions. Both indicators will disappear

The manufacturer does no recommend that you replace batteries yourself (presumably to ensure that it retains the waterp.roof seal)

Call the Warranty/Parts and Repairs number on the left and they should be able to send you a new band to take to a jeweler to replace, or you can send it to them and they will fix it for you (with 4-6 week turnaround, however).  I got a 75003 watchband replaced, but I imagine you can get every band replaced.

You can press the four push buttons at same time to reset the watch and then set the time again, it will help you to solve the problem
