sorry but you cant save your photos without unlocking the screen. the only way to get back on it is to factory resore. ( if there was a way to take the photo's off without unlocking the screen there would be no point in having the screen lock security )

Hi, keep it plugged in to a power source to make sure that it is charged. Then hold the power button for a few seconds until you see something on the screen. Last resort would be to take it to the store you got it from to ask them to assist you, and if there is a problem, they should swop it out for you.

"rom"? What exactly are you trying to do? Are you referring to ROM as part of the tablet's memory? If yes, you probably will not be able to do it. ROM is a memory chip built onto the circuit board itself inside the tablet. You would need to completely dismantle the tablet to do it. Most tablets are not built to be taken apart for repairs.
