Quite possibly, you can find what you're looking for at an aquarium supply store. They have different types & sizes of tubing.

Do you descale (de-calcify) your machine on a regular basis? If not you need to try that. Jura has a big square tablet for that and there is also a liquid product called Durgol.

Pill clean your machine.
Take out the filter for this experiment
Try adjusting your grinder to the full course setting. You will have to make three or four cups before you see the results of the new setting.
If the flow comes back to normal and the light problem goes away the problem was your grinder was set too fine. Replace the filter and try a few more shots. If all the water leaked out of the filter the lights will come on one time until the filter is purged of air and you should be good to go.
If you still have the lights coming on you have some type of internal restriction a technician will have to clear it . We repair Jura Capresso.

One thought is to call Capresso for the recall to fix electrical cord. They will pay shipping both ways and fix any problems for free as part of the recall. Worked for me, might be too late now but worth trying.

Have you been using the cleaning tabs regularly? If not, that is the first step. Second, if the time for brewing is too long then it goes bitter quickly. I time shots at about 11 seconds and add hot water after that. If you take taste tests for longer periods you can tell where it goes bad quickly and adjust the timer to stop at the right spot. Maybe timing changed. Have you had the wiring recall? If not, call Capresso and see if they'll still recall for free and they will also offer and exchange or full repair of existing unit.
